Indigo Property Services provides vacation rental property management services in the White Mountains region of New Hampshire. Our services include but are not limited to:

- Owner communication and reporting
- Financial management and owner statements
SMS/Text Message Terms
By consenting to receive SMS messages from Indigo Property Services, you agree to the following:
Message Content
You may receive text messages regarding maintenance updates, service coordination, appointment confirmations, property status updates, and account notifications related to your property.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on property activity and service needs. Most property owners receive 2-10 messages per month.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications unless you re-consent.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
