Guest Experience Coordinator

Part-time / Full-time

Help create exceptional guest experiences from inquiry to departure. Ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, genuinely enjoys helping people, and is highly organized and proactive.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Assist guests from inquiry through departure with warm, professional communication
•Help coordinate special requests, celebrations, and unique guest experiences
•Support reservation inquiries and direct bookings
•Coordinate pre-arrival communication and ensure smooth check-ins
•Assist with guest issue resolution and maintain strong review standards
•Work closely with management, cleaning, and field operations teams

QUALIFICATIONS

•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•Excellent written and verbal communication
•Positive and proactive attitude with ability to multitask
•Comfortable working independently and as a team player
•Reliable transportation and ability to occasionally visit properties
•Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
•Familiarity with Mount Washington Valley area preferred
